Ranked Choice Voting: Is it the Answer to Superdelegates?

I am a huge fan of Bernie Sanders. I wish Bernie Sanders were the president. I believe he would have been elected had he been the Democratic nominee in 2016. He is running again for the nomination in 2020, and he is the front runner. He was the person I most wanted to get the nomination in 2016.

He is the person I second-most want to get the nomination in 2020. The person who I most want to get the nomination in 2020 is Tulsi Gabbard.
