Tea Party RINOs in Congress did not speak about it, and the chair of Republican Governance Group said that Trump writing that would not be a deal-breaker for him if Trump were the 2024 nominee.
Here is what Trump wrote: "A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution." (Emphasis mine.)
Not only is that an admission that he violated his previous oath, but it also means that he can never honestly take the oath again. It should invoke the oath every veteran has taken to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, but we have yet to see if that becomes reality. I suspect his statement will cost him the support of many veterans, but I also suspect that some will hang on proving that they did not take their oaths seriously and don't support our troops who are bound to that oath today.
But even if any veteran who remains a Trump supporter is fine with supporting a domestic enemy, they should have their intelligence insulted over his denial that he wrote what he wrote.
In his highly imitable style, Trump said the "fake news" is trying to convince the public that he called for the termination of the Constitution based on his post calling for termination of the Constitution.
He went on, "What I said was that when there is 'MASSIVE AND WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION,' as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be taken immediately to RIGHT THE WRONG. Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA." (Emphasis his.)
His first post was an admission that he approved of and tried to lead the insurrection on January 6, 2021, but his denial explained that he was also in on the conspiracy of the insurrection.
If there were "irrefutable evidence," sixty lawsuits claiming fraud would not have been dismissed for lack of evidence. Rudy Giuliani would not have said that they have plenty of theories but no evidence. William Barr would not have called their theories "bullshit" when Trump was trying to press the Department of Justice into being part of his legal team.
When Trump supporters said that they weren't personally racists just because they support his racist policies, I could accept that. They were denying being prejudiced by people's races. However, everyone who supports Trump now that he has admitted to being a domestic enemy are themselves domestic enemies. People who give aid and comfort to America's enemies are America's enemies, even if they are too stupid to understand that logic.
